1. Notification of Damaged Products
If your candle arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate damage claims made beyond this timeframe.
2. Evidence Requirement
To ensure a fair and transparent process, we require customers to provide a clear video recording of the unboxing process that shows:

4. Replacements Only
• We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
• If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.
• If a replacement of the same product is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal value.
5. Additional Terms
• Returns for reasons other than damage (e.g., personal preference, scent dislike) are not accepted due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
• We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the evidence does not clearly demonstrate product damage upon delivery.
